Review content:
I want to thank those who were speakers at the ""Victory Is Yours"" seminar. I'm sure that all landlords in Allegheny County are grateful and celebrate the victory won over the Pittsburgh Residential Rental Registration Ordinance. Without the support of the Landlord Service Bureau this ordinance would have added an unnecessary burden to the operation of all landlords throughout the county. I only wish that landlords in attendance would have been informed about the Special Offer that was to be presented by JGC&G Attorneys at Law, before we registered for the seminar. I find it difficult to accept an offer that requires me to commit myself to a binding contract without having time for adequate contemplation. In other words, tell me about a sales pitch ahead of time, so that I'm not forced to make an on the spot, snap decision.
