OK...I don't know if they are as bad as some of these reviews but they arent what they say they are. They claim to do promotional stuff but they arent doing it themself they just order it from a place online. They charge you extra when you could just go there and order it to if you wanted. Ours had a mistake and they had to send it back but turnaround took forever because it was all from china. If you read their stuff you think it is a local company but none of the promo stuff is local they just order it. You can do it yourself and save paying the middle man and get just as good a product.
