Review content:
I have had three experiences with Snooty Fox as a consigner of clothing. All three were disastrous. Most troubling was their lack of accountability for the merchandise I had dropped off. They had no idea what had sold and what the price was. All they could tell me was ""what they owed me."" Everything is done by hand in an antiquated accounting system that is not accurate nor reliable. Clearly, they are taking advantage of people who are consigning their clothing in good faith. I was told I could pick up the items that had not sold at the end of my contract. When I went to pick up the items that had not sold, they had no idea where my pieces were and shuffled an answer about how everything must have sold. Very shifty. The Snooty Fox has quite a scam going here in Cincinnati. As an aside, I have always thought their sales help to be rather ""snooty"". Who do they think they are? They are rude, inept, and know noting about customer service or retail.
Cons: too numerous to list
