I have always been reluctant to support a chain of pharmacies, especially since CVS & Walgreens have taken away the ""local pharmacy on the corner"" - so to speak... This CVS caught my attention when a young lady in her 20s (I assume doing her UC Pharm College co-op here) was extremely helpful with some allergy meds that I was getting for my 8 year old daughter. I did not ask for help, the Pharmacist simply offered. I was taken back by this and said to myself, I will come back again. I did come back about a week later getting some meds from the Pharmacy. A different staff person was there and was equally friendly. I am just shocked that they have such a great staff with the same goal in mind... be helpful and friendly to customers. My Dad taught me this when I was a kid and I really appreciate good service. The Montgomery CVS is the modern ""Local Pharmacy on the corner"".
