I have been buying cars for over 40 years. It is rare that I have ever found a dealership that got repeat business from me. Ron Tonkin is the only one that I know of. Since first doing business with them about 10 years ago, I will not go anywhere else. If I want a ford, I go there, if I want a honda, I go there, etc. The bottom line is they really care about the customer. I have had problems in the past but who doesnt. They are machines built by people so s@#$ happens. What matters is how they take care of them. At Tonkin they go out of their way to reach satisfaction, every time. That have been my experience and that is why they are the only dealership in the PDX metro area I will deal with, period. A special thanks to Brian Barnes for the great work he does there, a real ambassador of good will. Dont lose him.
