Review content:
I had a terrible experience with this property. I moved in 3 years ago and everything was nice. And then a year later, someone tried to shoot their ex girlfriend and shot himself in the process. Later on that year, someone commited suicide. Also when I was in my one bedroom apt., someone tried to jiggle my door handle around 3am. My girlfriend was staying with me and she was sleeping in the living room and she told me about it. I found out myself a few months later that someone was doing it again around the same time. On top of all that, I complained about black mold in my patio closet, the maintenance came by and painted over it, and it came back several months later. The second time, they got on top of the roof and did some repair and repainted it again, but I could still see the mold trying to come back just a little. Also on top of my fireplace, by the ceiling, water damage was making the paint bubble, so they painted over that, but it sure didn't look any better. 2 years later my boyfriend and I moved to the complex's 2 bedroom and so far everything was fine until 1 month ago. We noticed the bathroom smelled like sewage. We found out that the maintenance was fixing a pipe in our neighbors' apt below us and told them that they had to get something and would be right back, but they never returned. While they were gone, the pipe broke and their apt and the one next to them flooded. One of the neighbors complained to management and that their furniture was ruined and wanted to move, management told them that everything looked fine, but in the end they were able to be moved to a different 2 bedroom apt. Big drama.. Now around that time, I told my management that they needed to replace my shower head because it stunk, the drain smelled fine. Eventually, after a week or two, they replaced it, but it still stinks a little. I almost got sick before they replaced the shower head (full of mildew). The only way I cover up the smell is by keeping my shower curtain closed. Pros: Next to bus stop 52 Cons: can't use pool and gym after business hours
