worst utility company of all time. having lived in 10 different cities the past 12 years - i've dealt with a lot of them. i have an issue with my natural gas - a potential hazard, and they have not dealt with it. i have been calling weekly since november. it's mid-march now. they don't care for customers - they don't care if you have a gas problem. they don't care to make money or do good business. i can't say enough bad things about my experience.
