DO NOT BUY OR RENT FROM PREMIER!!!!!
THEY ARE THIEVES AND LIARS!!!!!
I tried to sublease a property from them. Their property manager Kianni Brewer ignored my phone calls and texts. When I moved my stuff in early, she assured me that it would all be safe. I came back three days later and ALL OF MY STUFF WAS STOLEN!!! Turns out the stuff was stolen the day after I moved in and Kianni Brewer knew about it and DIDN'T TELL ME!!!! Then lied about ever telling me that my stuff would be safe. She lied to the police when they interviewed her, she lied to my father once I got him involved, and she lied to her boss when I went to the company. I called the company EVERY DAY FOR A WEEK but nothing happened. I eventually had to go to the office and bother the construction manager just to get my security deposit back. They still have not compensated me for my stuff, claiming that it's not their fault.
SO DO NOT BUY OR RENT FROM THESE LYING THIEVES!!!!!!
