Really feel sorry for o'hare honda. i have experienced very unprofessional, undignified, insulting attitude from the sales manager!my heart broken that day!! me and my frnd wanted to buy a honda accord. we went to Ohare honda .. des plaines..there a guy came(sales man) and we were working on the marketed price get to a price negotiation which was pretty close to the sales guy's price. he went and told the manager Andrew. mr. andrew tomilson,he came to us as if he was coming to hit us and introduced himself in 2 sec. i tried to say politely that we would like to buy the car for ---$ which was little close to the price of the sales person. and i asked so whats the best price he could sell us the car for.he said "" look guys its very difficult for us to maintain the good name because we have huge competition.but still we have good reputation in the market"" i tried to tell him for the price i wanted to buy an accord then he quoted "" i see lot of different personalities, i don't know you are software engineer or a guy making 15-20$ an hr. but I'm already selling for less price. if you wanted to buy get it otherwise please leave! "" he was very arrogant and unpleasant. i was trying to tell him this price is completely different from what we were talking with sales man!!! Andrew Tomilson was not even ready to listen what i was trying to say ! he directly stared at me seriously and said ""ok if you guys cannot afford that price ,we will show you some other cars of your range""! i was really shattered, his words were hitting me like bullets, i felt so sad and became quiet completely! i felt that he didn't like us becoz we looked different than him or we are from different ethnicity. may he is too stressed with lot of people coming in...he literally tried to send us away. we walked out of the show room sadly..... this was my worst experience in Ohare honda... so dear friends i figured that according to him people from different country or different race are unfit for his business. and people shouldn't go on saturday because they already have lot of customers!!!!!!
