Review content:
I congratulate you on employees who demonstrate true Southern Hospitality. Vicki was our first encounter (and still our favorite); however, from the young man at the front desk, to the nice young woman who cleaned our rooms, to the gentleman with the golf cart who gave us a ride up to the main building (and thrilled our 4 year old grandson) - all were very pleasant and professional. They were""aware"" of us. They were not just doing their job.
