Review content:
I truly love Mexican food, and it's really upsetting to me when i eat at a delicious restaurant and there is NOBODY eating there! Perhaps even more unnerving is the fact that there isn't one descriptive or accurate review for this restaurant! Both the tomato salsa and the salsa verde were great, as were the enchilada, burrito, and everything else that was included in the combination platter i received---for six dollars. La Guadalupana has been voted best Mexican restaurant in Memphis, and I am not undermining their greatness (or reasonable pricing). However, if you are looking for a delicious authentic Mexican locale with very reasonable menu prices, you have to try La Espiga first, in my opinion. Pros: Food, Value, Service Cons: Odd Location
