Businiess name:  A New Image Weight Loss Clinic

Review content:
I would not recommend this so-called med spa to ANYONE! The staff seemed lazy, unprofessional, and inexperienced. I received a free microdermabrasion which left my face scratched and bruised. Upon complaining, two days later the owner finally excepted my telephone call and was rude and unapologetic. The facility is mainly a weight loss clinic and all staff members are trained to do skin treatments including microderms, laser based treatments as well as Botox injection(scarey!) No one performing these treatments are licensed healthcare professionals or aestheticians. When I asked the owner what their qualifications were, I was told ""that is none of your business"". This proves that just because someone advertises that they are a medical-spa facility, that's simply not always the case and one should avoid getting pulled in by the word ""FREE"" before checking credentials. Remember, you get what you pay for! This place is a joke!
