I recently had my 2008 Honda Accord repaired with them after I was referred by the local Economy Honda dealership. I did my research before hand and came upon this site. I knew they had been in business for a long time and had heard their name mentioned a few times. The comment on here scared me so I called and asked them if they would elaborate what happened before I brought my baby in for a estimate, etc. Josh explained the entire situation in detail. He told me he wasn't even aware there was a problem until almost 6 months later. The car had previous paint work that wasn't sticking and blew off during the cleanup. The past assistant manager blew the people off. Josh contacted the people, took care of the prior existing repairs that wasn't Reddick Auto Body's fault. Lance and Josh Reddick even had the customer put up in a Hotel Room for 3 days and paid the guy 3 days of his salary for missing work! Needless to say I had them fix my car ($3,878.23) and they had it back to me in 7 days looking brand new again! Thank you so much guys and I know you put your heart and soul into it and it shows.
