Review content:
This is the most unprofessional business open in the united states of america with no exageration. I wouldn't recommend anyone to rent from these people. The customer service is very poor. When u call this place all you get is attitude...as if they are annoyed to hear your voice. God forbid you need work done in your apartment...they will send an entire mob to your apt to inspect and that same mob will go talk about your apartment to other neighbors. The super of the building thinks he's an executive. You can not call him for anything... I think he even might be illegal in this country. He lies in the basement and he uses the backyard to let lose a damn rooster and a dog that barks more than any dog ive ever known. If you go to him with a problem... he tells you to call the office so that they can call him with the order and by the time that happens you will be buried in a flood. He is a disgusting person with an awful attitude but then again he was hired by ALMA REALTY. What can we expect.... just don't rent from them!!
