Dear Half Price Drapes,
You are terrific! My experience with your company was an example of how ALL companies that have a retail customer base should treat their customer's. There was a mix up with my order that would have caused me a bit of inconvenience, but thanks to your wonderful employee Chris and his consideration for me (WITHOUT me having to haggle over the issue) the problem was handled professionally. Chris made sure the company took responsibility and that I would not be inconvenienced in the least! I will ALWAYS use and refer friends to Half Price Drapes!! I even have a close friend who's an interior designer that offered me a discount, but because of the EXCELLENT customer service I received from Chris...Half Price Drapes will be my place to shop!
Thank you so much...by the way...I LOVE MY NEW DRAPERIES! They are exactly the quality I expected them to be and they hang beautifully!
