These guys are the greatest. I have a 2010 Honda Accord that was destroyed in the front with some frame damage and a blown air bag. It was so bad I wanted it to be totaled but my insurance company refused. They said the car was worth too much to total. I guess it was cheaper for them to fix it than to total the car. The staff at Hartel's was very helpful in explaining the process and what was involved with repairing the car properly. They put it back togther to the point where I can't even tell it was destroyed and faster than I expected. My insurance company wanted me to go somewhere else but a good friend highly recommended Hartel's. I just called them and they made arrangements to have it picked up and towed to their shop. They even matched my insurance companies warranty! It drives perfect and straight. I can let go of the wheel for a few seconds and it tracks perfect on a straght way. The color match is exact! I was worried because it is a gun metal grey color. Looking under the hood everything looks like is just came from the factory. I feel confidence in my car again and have no fears for my familes safety when they are in it. I even had my Honda dealership look it over during my last oil change and they couldn't beleive this was the same car when I showed them the pictures of the car smashed up on my phone. They couldn't even tell what was done to the car. The service guy told me how lucky I was to get such a high quality repair because he has seen some real nightmares.
