Was surprised buying a new furnace and installing zoning was a pleasant experience. Feel we were in good hands and knew what we were doing, knew the price, knew pros and cons - and we have researched energy issues in our home a lot before we worked with Phoenix so we were not as ignorant as they come. We would work with them again.
Pros: Smartest of the several companies interviewed w/estimates
Cons: Don't know if heating system is great until next winter
