I couldn't believe the lousy review I read about this place. I am here to set the record straight. We have adopted 2 puppies from FF&F and they are healthy, intelligent, robust, playful and downright adorable! We drive 25 miles just to have our little ones groomed there. The staff is fantastic, and being a type A person I even asked to see the ""back room"" before committing to any purchase. The first thing I noticed is how this place didn't smell like most others. To this day if I have a question I can call, get help, get answers etc. And to the moron who wrote the bad review- the store gives you written disclosure about the possibility of kennel cough along w/ instructions and allows you to return the pet within the first 2 weeks. i have nothing but good things to say. In fact, I am on my way there right now. P&B, with our guys G and B.
