Review content:
There are so many problems with the Fountain Valley Sports Authority that I don?t even know where to start. About half of the items in the store seem to be improperly marked. They wouldn?t honor any of the ?clearance? prices in the snowboard section. The staff hides in the back of the store. On a busy Sunday before Thanksgiving, I couldn?t find a single employee on the entire floor to help me get a bike off the upper rack. The manager Chris flat out refused to honor the marked sale price of the bike I spent an hour picking out. The toilet in the bathroom was overflowing and looked as if no one had cleaned it in several days. If I owned this store, I would fire the entire staff, starting with Chris first. This store is an abysmal mess.
