Dyna is dynamite. If you are looking for a trainer that can perform without killing you, this is the person you need. You will get results and a great workout. I have been working with Dyna for four months and have seen the inches and weight fall off. I am a parent and a grandparent, I thought the days of keeping up with the kids was ending soon. but Dyna showed me the knees can still work and I can now outrun some of my children and ride bikes with all of them. What I liked most, is Dyna listens and supports you in your individual goals. She is charming, warm and a delightfu, She has the ability to get you to do the work you need to do, with no shame and little mercy. Give her a call she is well worth the time.
