I give this salon 0 stars because these people are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I went here to donate 10 inches the lady cut off 12 inches. When I came home my hair looked REALLY short (i cant even put it up into a small pony tail) and I cant do anything..I called back and said this to them and they started arguing instead of apologizing. Not only that I kept on telling her I wanted it long and the lady just saying hmhmm and keeps cutting, she also ignored ALL my questions and was talking to another employee the whole time!!!! My whole family and I are NEVER going back to this salon again. I recommend going to a place that is much FRIENDLIER and going to people who LISTEN TO YOU.
I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!
