I walked into Christiani's Jewelers hoping to use a jewelers lens for a few seconds to look at an engagement ring that i purchased online. I walked in and said, "" I bought this engagement ring online"" and before i could mutter out anything else the blonde behind the counter said, "" well thats your first mistake"" and proceeded to treat me like i was an idiot for 1) buying some online and 2) taking it to their store so i could get a good look at it. She did not even want to talk to me.
I was thinking in my head, lady im a highly paid engineer and you work behind a counter in a jewelery store, do not belittle me. I promptly walked out and i would NEVER purchase ANYTHING from this store even though they are my neighborhood jeweler.
Little did they know that i am in the market for a new Rolex and was going to look around after i was "" helped ""
