Searched for years and tried many Pilates teachers before finding Deborah Watson's Matworkz. As a former dancer and having had many injuries, I finally found a workout that is not boring and helps create a long, lean and strong body, no matter what your age or fitness level. All the teachers are well trained and the studio atmosphere is very welcoming. I am only one of many students who have continued to take classes at Matworkz for over seven years, and our continued dedication to this studio says it all.
