Under new ownership, Jersey's opens 6/3/08 with new anticipation. Owners, Russ and Renee Houghton, have designed a new menu which reflects an up-to-date selection of popular and tasty treats created by Ron, their Head Chef. The bar is expertly managed by Bar ""guru"", Christina, who has the knowledge and expertise in mixology to create favorite beverages. Jersey's also has a great selection of tap beers, featuring the beer selections of Deschutes and Wildfire breweries, as well as many other favorites.
