Anti-family, generally intolerant policies have been enacted by the board. Our board, in conjunction with the previous manager, attempted to ban children from playing on the grass as well as riding their bikes in the complex. They have decided that any hint of children, in the form of toys or playhouses, are banned from the back porches, decks, as well as the front. They removed the play-scape years ago (understandably) and never replaced it. They have allowed the tennis courts to fall into such disrepair that owners are no longer allowed to use it. The basketball courts are also deteriorating. In addition to their discriminatory practices, they also foster a sense of owner against owner. I.e. they rely upon owners to squeal on each other to ensure compliance with condo rules, rather than discovering noncompliance themselves. In addition, while they admit to keeping meeting minutes, they do not disclose the contents of the minutes nor the distribution of votes. The construction was poor to average; I don't think there's a level surface/cabinetry. Even though the initial construction was questionable, they require Pella doors and windows for the replacement of the originals. Pros: close to the highway Cons: anti-family, poor upkeep of amenities, forced upgrades inconsistent with original construction
