Review content:
I had contacted Nationwide Relocation for a long distance move from Michigan to Arizona. They guaranteed me a price of $3721.27 for the move. I jumped on it. I paid my $1500 deposit, in order to get my contract. I took my contract to my attorney who told me to scratch out certain stuff. I did, and promptly called Nationwide back, and let them know that there was stuff missing off my inventory. Michael Anthony asked me what it was, I told him, a fridge, a queen size bed, a triple dresser, about 50 boxes, a spectator bench, stuff that weighs a good size amount. Michael stated to me that it will all go on the truck, and the move was guaranteed Not to Exceed the $3721.27. Quality assurance will call to make sure there is room on the truck for the stuff. I told him that I scratched out stuff on the contract and was going to send it back to him. He said that was fine. I esnt it back and got a call four days prior to my move to Phoenix, and was promptly told that my rate would DOUBLE. All because of the added weight. I cancelled this load five times and requested my deposit back. Of course it will not be refunded because I was within 5 business days of my move. Something that Michael Anthony told me wouldn't be an issue. Finally after the threat of violence on their driver who was never dispatched to my job, they cancelled it. I ended up with a Uhaul and moved my stuff myself. But I have been lied to by Michael Anthony, Shane, Carol, Sam, and now Cheryl who not only lied to me, but also to the BBB, and probably to many many many more people out there. See my complaints on Ripoffreport, and the BBB. Kudzu, and Angieslist. Don't ever do business with this Clown Aldo Disorbo, or his band of lying idiots doing business as United States Movers, Preferred Relocation, or Nationwide Relocation Services. They will steal your money, and leave you high wide and dry.
