I liked Park 44. Having just moved to St Louis and it being within walking distance of where I worked was convenient, and I felt a good place to start as I got to know the city. I found the staff to be nice and polite, and I appreciated the monthly newsletter/social event they had. I thought it was a cool way to engage the tenants. I did not have many maintence issues so I cant really speak to the speed and efficiency of the staff in that respect. I will say though that if you are considering the loft style apts you should note that the bathroom is set RIGHT above the kitchen so if ever your toilet decides not to cooperate guess where all that stuff is going?!?! (but i'm not bitter). The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors, it didnt drive me crazy, but for some ppl that just wont work so just know to expect that.
Lets see the free internet is no scam. It worked well for me and was one less bill to worry about and the same for heat and A/C. The washer/dryers were on every floor ok yeah Ill give them that, but to me they were WAY too much for the size load you could fit and that did drive me crazy. I should also note that they did up the price on at least the dryer while I was there as well and I wasnt even there a whole year so....
