Well I finally decided to upgrade from turbo tax, so I set up a appointment with these folks who came highly recommended to do my taxes. The first 20 min. I had been setting their past my scheduled appointment rite in front of all the waiting clients a senior member of the staff told a couple they could come rite on back. Followed by ""Their is only 2 people in front of you and they can wait"" Then while relatively crowded I spent 30 min. watching this hideously dressed woman joking with the same man from earlier how the new girl was screwing up and she couldn't do anything rite. Again all being said in the waiting lounge in front of clients. Then this woman just waddled around making coffee doing nothing while I waited 10 more minutes for a grand total of 1 hour of my life wasted. (the poor new girl was the most polite and professional one their) Looks like I'm getting turbo tax again.
