My husband and I started using Bratkowski & Associates to file yearly taxes about three years ago. Their office came highly recommended by more than one friend, so we decided to give them a chance. My friends raved about the amount of effort the firm puts toward making sure you get the refund that you're entitled to. Not only do they help you through filing step-by-step, they have a senior member of the firm review the filing for accuracy as well. Both accountants recommend things that can be tracked for extra deductions. They back their work with a guarantee, which enables you to walk away feeling confident.
Depending on how long you wait to make an appointment, there may be a short wait. In three years, I have never experienced an hour long wait such as described in the first review. (Of course, I have never waiting until late March to file my taxes either.) Usually, it's more like 10-15 minutes. As everyone knows, tax time is the busiest time of the year for accountants and this office has a large client base. The accountants work long hours to make sure their client's taxes are filed accurately and promptly. We usually receive our refunds via direct deposit a week or two after filing. I would highly recommend Bratkowski & Associates for anyone that is looking for a knowledgeable, helpful and professional accountant.
