Our family has had tremendous value from both the products and service that Theatrical Concepts Inc. provided. We initially decided to use them based on geographic proximity because we bought property in Eureka and saw Theatrical Concepts as we were driving to and from the property. I went to them with blueprints for the house that we were about to construct.
I had initial thoughts and ideas for what I wanted in a home theater based on what we had set up in our previous residence. Theatrical Concepts collaborated with us on the design, helping to meet our needs for the new house. Everything turned out great.
The plan was a phase approach, so in this first phase, we had them install 2 home theaters (one for the adults and one for the kids), as well as the wiring for forward-looking components.
I appreciated their collaborative design capabilities. They worked with me in all aspects of design consideration, features and functions. I also was impressed with the installers' craftsmanship and attention to detail. In a complex home theater, there are a million wires that need to be hooked up, and they did everything right. The panel that they set up looks like a work of art.
I have already recommended Theatrical Concepts several times to friends and other people I know looking for home theater installation and electronic equipment.
