I was a little worried about getting my hair cut since I've always had long, frizzy, and wavy hair but as soon as I stepped in I was hooked! The atmosphere is relaxing and cheerful and you feel right at home. Anna was super friendly and talked me through each step she was doing so that I could do it at home as well. She gave me a cut and style that I could wear in a variety of ways (both straight and curly) and that l looked great on me.
Pros: Ambience, Friendly, Great Service
Cons: Can be a little tricky to find if you're not familar with downtown
