Review content:
This company installed brick pavers in our front and back walks. The job appeared to be well done in a timely manner in early May 2009. When we had our lawn sprinkling company come several weeks later to turn on the system, there was a leak under the front walk and we had to pay >$200 in labor for the sprinkling guys to remove a section of the pavers and repair the pipe. They also attempted to relay the brick, but the base rock and sand was disturbed due to the digging and the re-laid bricks were not replaced in an optimal fashion. Noel from Precise Brick Paving claimed his crew had not broken the pipe and that anyway we should have called him (a brick person) to repair the sprinkler pipe. This is ludicrous logic as one would not think to call brick paver layers to do a plumbing repair. More than two months later he has not returned to re-lay that section of the walk despite numerous calls and said he would have to charge for fixing the section of walk. I'm going to take this company to small claims court to recover the labor charges for fixing the pipe and having another company re-lay the section of side walk.
Cons: Broke a lawn sprinkler pipe and refused to make good on it
