It was awful I took my laptop in and they screwed it up even worse said they couldnt fix it they had to order a part. I said fine but still had to pay 160 bucks but was promised when the part came in it would be a free repair . So quess what I got a call saying the part was there took my laptop in and then went to pick it up and I owed out of the blue another 160 bucks! I asked to speak to the manager he was no where to be found he also wouldnt answer his phone .So I was stuck paying the 160 or I coulndt get my com back!!!!! they are aweful!!!!
