Review content:
I wanted to check this place out first before I gave them my laptop to repair. I got there about 10:00am in the morning and the place was very busy, I didn't have to wait long to speak to a tech because they had about 4 techs helping customers. I explained hat my laptop wasn't powering on and how much it would cost to fix it. The tech name was Brandon and he told me that there waould be no charge to determine the problem and labour charge will never exceed $89 for each laptop. There was an elderly couple next to me whom brought in their desktop to be looked at. After a few minutes the tech told the old man and his wife that the problem was caused by the power supply switch was changed from 115 to 220 and that there would lbe no chage for correcting the problem., I thought to myself this is the most honest repair shop i have seen. Anyway I went to my car and got my laptop. They told me the DC Jack was defective and they will have it fixed for me within four to six hours. I would recommed this place to everyone.
