Review content:
The apartments from outside look nice, however once you get into rooms or hallway, there is a heavy dirty smell all over. They give promotions and $100 off, to get new tenants, but it is a trap, you pay for water even if you do not use it, you have to call to maintenance at least 3-4 times to get someone to come. If you want a quite place, stay out of here. I was not able to do my homeworks, everyday the alarm system would go off, and nobody would do anything, I had to call the police to get help. Do not believe to a single word they are saying during signing the contract, read and check every sentence on the contract. I was fooled, I was told things that they do not do. Oh! Roaches, all over, bombs, boric acid, poisons, sprays, nothing helped. You get rid of them for a weak, then they come again from the neighbors. Every Thursday- roach poison day- i would see huge roaches (I would never think a roach can grow that big) on hallways running from apartments and trying to enter others, they do not die, they just move to some other place. People who do not live in the apartments steal internet, wash their cars and I pay for that. ""It is gated community"" they say, however anyone can enter the ""community"" just by following other cars. It is not safe place for you, or your children. If you do not care about roaches running all over your bedroom and kitchen, terrible maintenance, paying for utilities you do not use, loudness, smell, old and dirty apartment, go head and rent it. Good luck.
