Businiess name:  Alfredo's Mexican Cafe

Review content:
I was in Yukon for a funeral. I stopped in after the visitation at Alfredo's with my two teenage children. It was late and we didn't want anything heavy and decided on just a large platter of nacho's to split between us. The waiter informed me I'd have to pay for the ""set up"" since I was not ordering a meal. He then proceeded to try to get me to order more side items, like guacamole, etc. My ticket went from being $10 to $30. I was furious and felt like I was being taken advantage of. I canceled my order and went to pay for the chips and salsa. They charged me $4.99 per person! $16.00 flippin' ridiculous!!! We didn't even hardly touch the chips because they tasted stale and the salsa was tasted like plain pureed tomatoes. Not worthy of even being called Mexican food. Bad service and bad food. Garth Brooks himself couldn't drag me back to that place. I found out later that some of my other family members had stopped in and they said they wouldn't go back either because the food was just bad. The management in that restaurant needs to be schooled in decent customer service and they need to import some of the Tejano's from Texas to show them how to cook REAL Mexican food and how to make REAL salsa!
