Review content:
I had a new multifunction switch put into my Ford Ranger, and after having the work done, my steering colmn made loud clanking noises every time I turned. I brought it back to have them fix and the solution they came up with was to DUCTAPE a weight inside the column, and put it back together - needless to say within a few weeks the tape ripped off and I was back at square one. Ductape to fix a car part?? REALLY?? These guys are jerks and do not represent the name at all.
Pros: None.
Cons: They used Ductape to fix a problem INSIDE my steering column - very unprofessional and disturbing practices are used here.
