We were extremely impressed with Isaac. He did way more than I expected from a heating and air company. He measured all the windows, asked me a series of questions and even looked into the crawl space to ensure we got the most efficient furnace. He also gave us three different units to choose from (all Trane) and explained the differences so clearly that I was able to repeat it all to my husband when he got home that night. We ended up going with the highest end model, not because he pushed it on us but because we were the most impressed with it. We also got the humidifier unit installed. He was very prompt, polite, clean cut and replaced our furnace the next day so that we wouldn t be without heat. I called him Tuesday morning to set up an appointment and our furnace was replaced and the house was warm by Wednesday evening. I would highly recommend Brewer and would use them again if the need comes about with our water heater or AC unit.
Pros: 24-hour emergency service, quick, friendly and just the best
Cons: I wish they could come back and install my windows too!
