Melanie with Winter Springs Florist provided extremely thoughtful communication with me after I placed an order through their website for a delivery in Casselberry, FL. I live in Seattle, WA and hate working with national websites (ftd, pro flowers, etc) and found her website after doing some googling. Her website was clean, clear and easy to place an order with. I placed an order for a Saturday delivery and she sent me an e-mail today, Monday, saying she had an employee workshop so they never got delivered. She communicated with me via e-mail and offered me a discount and put them on the truck for delivery today. She could've easily bypassed the communication and gone on with her day but by taking the minute to communicate she deserves a superior 5 star rating from me. I will definintely use them again!
