Review content:
This place really is disappointing because it looks so nice on the inside...very warm and welcoming. In fact, that was a big part of the reason why I wanted to work there and take my child there. However, there philosophy that they tell you about is a bunch of BS because they DO NOT follow it at all! The teachers are rude and unprofessional and I know that if half of the parents knew about the way that they treated there children they would NOT be taking there child there. Not only this but the owners treat there employees like crap as well. While the owners continue to build there empire they let there employees work for peanuts with very rare raises and NO 401K or health plan offered. I mean this place is very successful w/ over 6 or so different schools....They can very well afford to offer health benefits for there employees but they choose not to instead they entire family lives in million dollar homes, drives $60k vehicles and go on lavish vacations. The director at this particular daycare would constantly leave to her Mexico vacation home. Practically every other month or MORE! And that is not an euphemism. One of the owners has been arrested multiple times for drunk driving and drug possession which I don't even think he is allowed to be around children but he is constantly at the center repairing things. Please beware because these ppl are not genuine at all. They do not care about anyone....children nor their own employees.
