in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful

Review content:
Asked them twice if they take credit cards - the dispatcher when ordering on the phone, and the driver in person, the answer both times yes, no problem. The driver mechanically swiped the card, gave me the slip to sign. Turns out while it looked like a slip, it was some kind of ""voucher"" they sold me for $3.50. If they don't want to setup their own credit card processing and have to pay another company to do it for them, at least warn the customer before sticking us with the charge. Called them to discuss - the rep wouldn't connect to manager, nor self-identify. Avoid.
