After listening to my neighbors party all night I go to leave for work in the morning only to find someone barfed all over the roof! So gross! The complex never hires anyone to power wash. The whole place is covered in dirty, spider webs, cigarettes, and spit stains. And when ever you call to complain about someones dog pooping in the parking lot or loud music the land lord calls and tell that person to stop becuase so in so in apartment whatever called and complained! I am not joking! This place makes me sick. The water constantly turns itself off and needs to be reset. The rental office is never open. There are pot holes all over that are supposed to be fixed next month (5 months ago)! Oh and my favorite the ac goes out constanty then you wait days-weeks to get it fixed. When they tell you that they have 24hr on call maintenance what they really mean is you can page anytime and they will call you right back to tell you that they will call you during buisness hours. Also this is no place to live if you expect that when you say ""hello"" that someone says it back. These people are the most unfriendly group of people I have ever come across. Maybe everyone is just so pissed about living at Forest Brooke that they cant even be friendly!
