Review content:
This is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Poor management, office not always open during stated office hours, lost rent checks that had to be reissued, shared water (this means the building splits the water bill regardless of how many people live in one apartment), mandatory cleaning fee when you move out, guest fees when people stay for long weekends, and maintenance doesn't always come when you need something fixed. They also told me certain items of the apartment were new, and upon moving in I found many problems. Ex) new carpet that had burn holes. When I exited the lease, after twelve months, they tried to charge me for the burn holes that I marked down on the checklist. To make matters worse...I don't even smoke. Another problem, I found to be an issue, is they decide to blacktop the parking lot. This is fine, but they gave the tenants a days notice with no alternative parking assignments listed. I know many people had their cars towed, at their expense, because of this. Overall, I would save yourself the headache and pay an extra $20/month to live somewhere esle.
