Review content:
The slate ordered for our entryways did not look nearly as good as their demonstration. Worse, we used the carpet installer that they recommended, after relying on the salesman's assurance that all installers they recommended used the now-recommended metal stretchers and not the ""kick"" stretchers. This turned out to be false, and now, less that one year later, our carpet is wrinkled. While we should not have so completely relied on these statements, they were false statements, the workmanship of the installer they did recommend was poor, and we have a new, wrinked carpet.
