Review content:
I used to love this group. As said in the previous review - four of the physicians are leaving the end of May to join MDVip. I personally do not see the benefit of such an arrangement, and quite frankly - I pay too much for health insurance already. Why would I want to add another $1500 a year to that? My real complaint with the group is their utter lack of communication regarding this. I consider myself to belong to the group, more than just one physician. However, I was never contacted by the group regarding a replacement physician. In addition, when I called to inquire about it, they forwarded me to the MDVip phone number. I don't know if they are getting a kick-back from them or what, but I found this to be quite inconsiderate. I finally did get my physician changed to the only one left in the practice that is accepting patients, and I suppose that will have to do. This whole experience has been quite a mess. Personally, I hope the MDVip group finds itself stranded with few patients willing to fork out the ridiculous fee. It's a poor idea, and only benefits the physicians.
