Review content:
Love going to my neighborhood starbucks...parking is a pain but all the people who work there are friendly and know my drink! One exception. The new manager is awful. He makes my drink wrong every time and when I politely ask him to fix it ( an easy fix, just more caramel) I get an argument or attitiude. Worse, yesterday as I waited in line I saw him wipe up a big spill on the floor with a rag and then stand up and use the same rag to wipe the sugar and milk table and then proceed to take the same rag behind the register and wipe the counter there! So disgusting! This is the first time I have ever in my life felt the need to take the time and write a poor review but this guy really ruins an otherwise lovely place. Every time I see him I feel like turning around and leaving. Without him I would give this place 5 stars but he ruins it for me. Wish Starbucks would ship him out!
