My experience:
In a nutshell, myself and 2 friends were left stranded on New Years Eve 2011 in Santa Ana until 4am in the morning. We paid for a round trip town car service, we were only dropped off at the destination, never picked up. Jason the representative that was suppose to pick us up told me that he was 15 mins away and never showed up. He started ignoring my calls to his cell phone and we had no transportation for 2 hours until we found a taxi to drop us back off in Long Beach. Jason, the CEO of the company offered a complementary limo ride for not picking me and my friends up on New Years Eve after I paid for both ways and tipped the driver. I set the complementary limo ride for 1/14/12 for a pick-up in Long Beach at 11:30am (which we confirmed by text and email) and pick-up at 5pm.
On 1/14/12, Anytime Limousine and Sedan was 20mins late and I called Jason's cell phone and he said he thought it was for later that afternoon. Jason said he was very sorry and he would find me a car right away. Because this happen to me before I text Jason 10mins later and asked if I needed to find another form of transportation for me and my 9 friends ready to go to a Beer Festival in Hollywood that started at 12:30pm. I called Jason and he apologized and let me know that he couldn't find a driver right now because of weddings going on. All of my friends and I had to find a way all the way up to Hollywood and by then the festival already started. At this point I had very low faith in Anytime Limousine and Sedan. I asked for a refund and Jason was supposed to contact me on Monday. He never contacted me, which I wasn't surprised and now that lead me to this poor review.
I don't want this horrible experience to happen to anyone, please just don't waste your time and do NOT use this service. Thank you.
