Today I join the multitude of bikers that will never set foot in this shop again. After six year of riding motorcycles and many visits to this place against the adivce of many other bikers I have never left this place satisified. I walk out pissed off every time! Zero customer service, Zero knowledge about motorcycles. God forbid you actually need a part. They pretend to look it up on the computer to say we don't have it but we can order it. I got news for you I can order it online for half the price. The only reason I even go there is because I need the part right then. Not a chance in hell that they will even have them most basic part of the most common bike.
