This office is just awful! First of all, the staff is dressed like they are ready to go to the park on a Saturday. No one acknowledged me when I came through the door. The front office staff was too busy gossiping. After I filled out this ridiculously long information page on the computer, I waited 15 minutes past my appointment time. Then after the testing was done, I was left in an exam room with the door open for almost 20 minutes before the doctor came in. The whole time I could hear him on the phone in his office screaming and cursing at someone on the phone. I am a contact lens wearer so he took me out to have one of the front office staff get me contacts. He then proceeded to yell at his staff right in front of me for something. I thought he was so rude. The whole experience was just terrible. I mean I know that they advertise on their website as being a thorough exam, but the only thing thorough is the wait time!! If you want to waste an hour at the eye doctor then this is the place for you!
