Review content:
I had heard about Emerald City Appliance Repair from my friend and was impressed with their no nonsense approach to appliance repairs. When I realized my freezer was not working I looked them up on the internet and called. The repairman came the next morning and diagnosed and repaired the freezer in less than an hour. He explained what went wrong, how to detect the problem and how to handle the recovery of the freezer. I was reassured and very pleased. Very professional.
